Currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive / Employer Engagement Executive in the Liverpool area
Salary: £23,000 OTE £28,000 + Company Benefits
Our client, a National Training Provider is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive in the Liverpool, Merseyside area.
‘The Role’
· Raising awareness of company training programmes (Apprenticeships) with local employers and learners by carrying out cold-calls and face to face sales · Host Recruitment Events to recruit learners onto programme · Secure employment opportunities for Apprentices · Develop a network of local employers · To promote the benefits of employing Apprentices who have been through the induction process and are now ‘work ready’ · Working towards monthly targets
‘Criteria’
· Experience in the commercial recruitment sector · Strong recruitment / employer engagement experience · Experience in working with young people · Knowledge of work-based Apprenticeship programmes · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Driver Licence and Car (Essential)
