AAT Tutor / Assessor Permanent

Job Title: AAT Tutor / Assessor

Location: Home/Field based

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 (Depending on skills and experience)  

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must have experience of delivering AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4.
• Hold own AAT level 3 as a minimum to apply.
• Confident with delivering online to learners on a 1-1 basis.
• Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accounting.
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalents.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel when required

Duties:

• Assess and deliver AAT / Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.
• Prepare, plan and deliver quality virtual group and 1-1 learning sessions, and ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
• Mentor learners throughout their journey offering IAG and encouragement.
• Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
• Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey. 
• Support with the delivery of Maths and English Functional Skills as part of the Apprenticeships
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
