Job Title: Clinical Care Assessor / Healthcare Assessor

Location: Home based – Candidates must be flexible with National travel

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship Standards in Clinical Healthcare Level 2, 3 and 5, via a blended learning approach (virtual and some face to face learning).
• Deliver / support learners with Functional Skills (Maths / English) to level 2.
• Visiting / observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs

Essential Criteria:

• Recognised Assessor Award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
• RGN status with current Nursing PIN.
• Confident to deliver and support learners with Functional Skills English and Maths at Level 2.
• Hold solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare, as a clinical professional or Registered Nurse (Hospital / Clinical / Private Medical environments).
• Experience of delivering workplace based training
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel throughout England and visiting learners outside of the normal 9-5 working hours due to some learners working late shifts.

• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
