Job Title: Clinical Care IQA / Internal Verifier

Salary: £28,000 – £31,900 (Depending on qualifications + including location allowance depending on candidate postcode)
 
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel throughout Berkshire and Hertfordshire

KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, operating nationally within the Apprenticeship sector. We are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Care IQA.

The Role

• Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Clinical Healthcare Apprenticeships Levels 2 and 3.
• Develop, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
• Conduct standardisation meetings.
• Produce reports for senior management based on Assessor performance, grading and learner cohort progressions against agreed learning plans.
• Train and support trainee/new Assessors
• Assist in the planning and running of external quality assurance and compliance visits
• Ability to write reports and maintain records using information systems
• Coach, observe and develop assessors to meet the requirements of their role

Essential Criteria

• Must be a qualified Assessor (CAVA/D32/D33/A1) and hold an Internal Verifier award (D34 / V1/ IQA)
• Must have occupational competency in Clinical Healthcare
• Experience of coaching and developing remote assessors
• English or Maths at level 2
• Experience of using e-portfolios
