Job Title: Director of Apprenticeships (Start up)
 
Location: Home / field based – with occasional travel to the office

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + 4k Car Allowance + Benefits

Type: Full Time / Permanent
 
This is an exciting new role for our client, and as such requires the successful candidate to have proven experience of the creation and implementation of a new Apprenticeship division – within a like for like role.

The Role: (not limited to)

• Creation and implementation of a business plan for a new Apprenticeship division, within an established Provider.
• Provide leadership and management and oversee / monitor all training operations for Apprenticeships, and coordinate departments to ensure the business is aligned and prepared for Apprenticeship delivery.
• Deliver against key business objectives and financial targets.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to grow learner numbers, and ensure maximum occupancy levels and deliver course profitability.
• Deliver against the company’s strategic objectives, providing clear leadership and direction to the team.
• Ensure contractual compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Production of reports for the SMT, action plans and project plans in line with business requirements.
• Implementation and monitoring of all new qualifications.
• Ensure the quality, timely and effective delivery of Apprenticeship programmes in-line with contractual targets and objectives. 
• Establish quality measures and monitor quality and compliance, taking appropriate corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure quality service delivery and training is provided to all.
• Responsible for business growth, developing and maximising all opportunities for our client’s growth plans.
