Job Title: Electronics Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Wiltshire – Centre based

Salary: £36,400

Type: Full Time, 12 month FTC

Criteria (for all candidates):

• Must hold solid occupational experience within Electronic Engineering.

• Must possess an understanding of Apprenticeship programmes.

• Hold a relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering at Level 3 or above.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Assess and mentor learners working towards Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations and the Level 3 Technical Certificate

• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Personal Skills:

• Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
