Job Title: Employer Account Manager / Recruitment Manager

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne – Centre based, with occasional travel for face-to-face meetings

Salary: Up to £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a Recruitment Manager or Employer Account Manager with B2B engagement / sales / account management experience.

The Role:

• To identify and engage with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
• Promote our client’s range of services (e.g. work experience opportunities and vocational training)
• Engage with the local community to promote our client as the Provider of choice.
• Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
• To plan and attend job fairs and employer days.
• Work towards and achieve targets and KPI’s for job starts / placements.
• Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working in  business development or account management (B2B).
• Knowlege and experience within the employability sector is desirable.
• Must have experience of working within a service delivery team.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. 
• Must be flexible with travel.
