Job Title: Financial Services Trainer – Mortgage and Financial Advice

Location: London / South East – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £37,500 – £40,000 (+ Learner completion bonus of approx £2,000 per annum)

As a result of continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Trainer to join their growing delivery team.

The Trainer will be expected to deliver classroom-based lectures across CeMAP, CeRER and other related programmes predominantly at our clients London and South East training venues.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the development and progression of others, and keen to transfer their Mortgage knowledge into a new and diverse opportunity. We just ask that you have experience of delivering training in a classroom based setting.

Duties:

• Deliver classroom based training and lectures to learners undertaking Financial Services qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure planning ahead for future classes.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Assist with design and updates of training materials

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a Level 3 CeMAP (or equivalent) as a minimum.
• Experience of delivering / presenting training across CeMAP, CeRER and/or the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).
• Ideally hold a Teaching qualification.
• Have solid occupational experience within Financial Services (Mortgages/Financial Advice).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Hold a Full, UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
