Job Title: HR Assessor Trainer
 
Location: Remote / National Coverage – Must be flexible with travel 
 
Salary: Up to circa £38,000 (Salary is dependent on level of delivery, skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
 
Essential Criteria:

• Must have recent exposure / experience of delivering, assessing or coaching HR Apprenticeship Standards.
• Must hold CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources OR Learning and Development.
• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET).
• Happy to support learners with Functional Skills (Maths and English up to Level 2).
• Must be comfortable with Online 1-1 and group-based training delivery.
• Hold solid occupational experience within HR, ideally at management level.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

• Assess, coach, and support a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in HR, Levels 3 and 5 
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
• Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits when required
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
