HR Trainer / Assessor – Level 5 Permanent

Job Title: HR Trainer / Assessor – Level 5
 
Location: Remote / Online with potential travel as required if learners require extra support  

Salary: up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold own Level 5 CIPD in Human Resources.
• Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)
• Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Experience / exposure of teaching, coaching or assessing on the level 5 HR Apprenticeship Standards
• Must have occupational competency within HR at Management level.

Duties include:

• Deliver engaging training sessions and assess a caseload of remote learners working towards HR Apprenticeships at Level 5.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
• Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face-to-face visits only as required
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
