Job Title: Operations Manager – Learner Engagement / Employability

Location: North East

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Expenses and Benefits

Are you ready to take the lead and drive impactful change in the North East? Our client, a dynamic and growing private training organisation, is seeking an ambitious Manager to spearhead their regional operations.

The Role:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Job Centres, stakeholders, employers, and learners.
• Plan and develop a robust pipeline of learners for a range of training courses.
• Drive learner engagement through innovative strategies and targeted outreach.
• Develop and deliver presentations to actively promote the business and courses available to local communities and employers.
• Offer employability support, skills development and opportunities to learners and employers.
• Ensure delivery excellence in all regional operations, fostering growth and maintaining the organisation’s reputation for quality.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing operations and drive business growth.
• A track record of success in learner engagement and recruitment for training programmes.
• Proven experience of building relationships with Job Centres, stakeholders, and employers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
