Job Title: Quality Auditor – (Further Education)

Location: Remote – Must be flexible with travel when required

Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 (Dependent upon Experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties include:

Conduct regular internal compliance and audit checks to ensure all data complies with funding and awarding body requirements.
Collate accurate data and provide assistance with any external audits where required (ESFA / Ofsted etc…)
Raise any compliance issues with the relevant teams and work with these teams to meet requirements.
Liaise with Administrative teams to ensure key processes are meeting with funding requirements.
Maintain data integrity across the business.
Engage with businesses, subcontractors and stakeholders to provide support and guidance and resolve any issues.
Support with external PFA and funding body audits and use various reports (PDSAT/FRM) to identify / minimise risks.
Provide training on company processes for Audits and Compliance to staff when required.
Work closely with the Quality / Operations teams to identify changes in funding requirements and implementing/communicating any changes across the business.
Identifying any improvements which can be made and implementing these.
Essential Criteria:

Proven experience of undertaking an administrative role within Apprenticeship funding.
Strong knowledge of ESFA, Ofsted, Awarding Bodies and funding requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with national travel.
Level 2 in English and Maths – or GCSE equivalent
Hold or be happy to work towards an audit specific qualification within your role
