Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Advisor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: up to £27,000 + Benefits

Type: Full Time, Permanent

KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within Recruitment as a junior or above and have excellent communication skills with experience of relationship building. 

The Role:

• Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships with local employers to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
• Screen and submit individuals to opportunities, and support with the application process and interview preparation / feedback.
• Work towards and achieve targets and KPI’s for job starts.
• Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working within Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-starter and driven
• GCSE grade a-c or equivalent as a minimum.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. 
• Must be flexible with travel.
