Job Title: School Engagement Officer / Apprenticeship Ambassador
 
Location: Home based – Must be flexible with daily travel

Salary: £25,000 + fantastic benefits package

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Duties: 

• To undertake the role of an Apprenticeship Ambassador; engage with students, parents, and teachers to promote the benefits and provide information about Apprenticeships as an option to consider when leaving school education.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, assemblies and workshops to be delivered in Schools and at Careers Fairs – that will inspire the next generation to consider Apprenticeships as an alternative route upon leaving School.
• Creation of monthly reports and case studies.

Essential Criteria:

• Must be passionate about the benefits of Apprenticeships.
• Experience of working towards KPIs.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy when engaging with students, parents, teachers, and additional stakeholders.
• Confident to engage with a variety of individuals ranging from Teachers, Parents and Students – able to adapt communication styles to meet individual needs.
• Full, clean, driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ideally have public speaking experience.
• Excellent communication skills – presenting, IT, written and verbal.
• Must be flexible with travel.
