Job Title: Team Leading Assessor 

Location: Home/Field based

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3 via a blended learning approach.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3.
• Must hold strong Team Leading competency.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.
• Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
