Trainer/Assessor – Warehouse and Logistics (Mail) Full Time Permanent

Job Title: Trainer/Assessor  – Warehouse and Logistics (Mail) 

Location: Remote/ Home based

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience).

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Warehouse & Logistics including: Delivery Sortation Hub Operative and Supply Chain Practitioner.
• Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2.
• Observe learners remotely, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

• Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3: PTLLS/AET or above.
• Must hold occupational experience of working within mail distribution and logistics.
• Hold own Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.
• Good level of ICT skills.
• Happy with remote / home / online delivery
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
