Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer – Management / Mandatory Care

KM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Trainer to deliver accredited management courses and mandatory care training to their existing workforce. 
 
Essential Criteria:

• Must hold own CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
• Must have experience of working as a Health and Social Care Trainer, with experience of delivering First Aid at Work.
• Experience of delivering group and 1:1 based training
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Duties:

• Delivery of quality and accredited training, to include: Leadership  and Management, Mandatory Care (First Aid, Manual Handling, CPI, Fire Marshall, Health and Safety etc.); Soft Skills and Company Induction training.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to develop a scope of interactive and engaging learning and development initiatives via a blended learning approach.
• Undertake training needs analysis alongside key stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate the Learning & Development delivery, to ensure it is being delivered effectively and that all modules are up to date.
• Undertake any necessary administration.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
