Job Title: Warehouse and Storage Assessor
 
Location: Essex – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: up to £32,000

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid occupational competency within Warehouse and Storage.
• Ideally have experience of working within Team Leading.
• Confident to deliver Functional Skills in English and Maths to Level 2.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

• Train, support and assess learners working towards the following qualifications up to Level 3 in Warehousing & Storage and Team Leading (New Standards).
• Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
