Job Title: Warehouse Tutor 

Location: Worcestershire – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full time, Permanent

Duties:

• Working in an outreach capacity, delivering short Courses in Warehousing, to learners in group settings
• Design, develop and maintain curriculum material to ensure it meets requirements of the Warehousing sector. 
• The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
• The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train clients in order to help them realise their potential.
• You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTTLS or equivalent / above). 
• Must have experience of delivering engaging training / workshops to learners.
• Must hold solid, occupational experience within a Warehouse setting.
• Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
• Organisational skills are a must.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
