Job Title: HR Administrator/Officer

Location: Midlands (Hybrid working) 

Salary: circa £26,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Issue new starter details and induction information, and ensure all relevant checking procedures are completed such as rights to work documentation and DBS checks.
• Supporting with the company’s recruitment and selection process by advertising vacancies, maintaining internal vacancy tracking systems and providing new starter information to company HR partners.
• Maintain HR records to ensure information is compliant and up to date.
• Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience of working within a similar HR Administrator or Officer role
• Must hold own CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Must be flexible with travel.
