We conduct all communication regarding the recruitment process with our candidates; providing written details at each stage starting with a confirmation of their application, at each interview and at the point of offer – essentially saving our clients resources and time spent on recruitment.

We interview prep every candidate we represent and offer honest and constructive feedback post CV submission and interview.

We will manage the offer process for you, exploring outstanding applications and possibilities of what an existing employer might offer as a counter offer. We will also remain in contact with candidates throughout the notice period to maximise retention.
