Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: London – Home/Office based

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• To provide a high-quality service to the Managing Director and Finance Director, as well as providing support to the wider Senior Leadership Team when required; including, but not limited to: expenses management; event management and overseas travel. 
• Managing calls and monitoring inbox correspondence.
• Manage and coordinate diaries and meeting requirements, whilst maximising opportunities for off-site meetings, planning travel, hotel and meeting room bookings.
• To gather, prepare and control meeting briefing packs. Preparing in advance to ensure that the MD and FD have ample preparation time in ahead of decision-making meetings.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, having worked with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of meeting deadlines.
• Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies
