Job Title: Head of Quality (Apprenticeships)
Location: London / South of England – flexible with travel
Salary: up to £55,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Type: Full Time, Permanent
KM Education Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an exceptional training organisation seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Quality for their Apprenticeship delivery.
This key leadership role will work closely with the CEO and have responsibility for the Quality Assurance Strategy, Operations and Compliance across the business.
Essential experience needed;
- Must have experience of leading in a cross-function role encompassing quality, operations and compliance.
- Qualified IQA / Quality Assurer
- Must have experience as Ofsted Nominee or Deputy Nominee
- Experience of writing and reviewing SAR and QIP
- Experience of leading on audits
- Fully versed with Ofsted, AO, EiF and DfE requirements
- Experience of Budgeting and forecasting
