Job Title: Learner Enrolment / Course Coordinator

Location: Office Based

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 + Company Benefits 

Type: 9-12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Contract  

Duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for learners, providing information, advice and guidance on suitable Courses / Programmes available.
• Screen learners to identify any specific needs or reasonable adjustments.
• Keep in regular contact with learners to evaluate the effectiveness of the course, and provide feedback to senior management, to ensure continuous improvement and learner success.
• Ensure data is recorded efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure learners are course-ready, providing relevant documentation, workbooks and preparation guides.
• Work closely with the Trainers to ensure all learning material is ready and available, prior to course commencement.
• Source and book delivery venues and arrange set-up of training facilities, equipment, and accommodation if required.
• Responsible for arranging travel for Trainers, in and outside of the UK.

Criteria:

• Quick learner, who is able to learn a new ‘product’, providing advice and guidance to prospective customers.
• Good I.T skills, with confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
