Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Cambridgeshire

 Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

For ‘Trainee’ candidates: Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners.

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ or equiv in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
• Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
• Good level of I.T skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Duties include:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for learners completing accredited qualifications in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning.
• Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources. 
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
