Job Title: Accountancy Tutor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Delivery required across Leeds, Sheffield and Hull
Salary: Circa £50,000 (Salary depending on skills and experience)  
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

No teaching or assessing experience? No problem! Our client will support you through the completion of relevant qualifications to become a fully-fledged Tutor. 

• Must be an ACCA member or Finalist.

• Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to groups of learners, and on a 1:1 basis.

• Ideally have experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within an Accountancy setting.

• An understanding of Accountancy qualifications and Apprenticeship programmes.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• To teach a caseload of students and Apprentices, who are working towards AAT, ACA, CIMA and ACCA examinations.

• Support with the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes up to Level 7.

• Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey. 

• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.

Personal Skills:

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
