Job Title: Learner Recruitment Consultant
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £22,500

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Duties Include:
- Carry out learner engagement and networking activities, to recruit and enrol learners onto training courses (including: Apprenticeships) and work placement opportunities.
- Network with referral agencies and stakeholders to promote our clients full offering and secure learner referrals.
- Carry out IAG to support learners and employers with making an informed choice
- Market learners and vacancies to create opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of learners and match to suitable vacancies
- Complete company documentation accurately ensuring that all documents meet compliance standards.
- Identify and support any learners who have fallen out of their placement and seek to source an appropriate replacement accordingly.
- barriers to employment / learning, and provide support and direction for learners to overcome these barriers and achieve their goals.
- Support and mentor learners throughout their programme, providing IAG and addressing additional needs.
- Maintain relationships with local employers to secure further opportunities for learners.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within a similar Learner Recruitment or Recruitment based role.
- Must hold own English and Maths GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or Functional Skills equivalent).
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Proactive with the experience of working towards and achieving targets.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
