Recruitment Executive (Telesales) Full Time Permanent

Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Telesales)
 
Location: Stevenage

 

Salary: £23,000 – £25,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

 

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working within Telesales / Business Development / Recruitment – ideally generating vacancy leads
• Experience of working towards targets.
• Exceptional sales, marketing and networking skills
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification such as Functional Skills) OR achievement of a Level 2 at interview stage.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
• Non-drivers welcome to apply

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with employers via cold calling / telesales to generate appointments for the Recruitment Consultants, in order to secure new employment opportunities for unemployed clients on programme.
• Promote our client’s services, and generate employment opportunities for the unemployed.
