Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA – Admin and Customer Service

Location: Liverpool
 
Package: £24,300 – £28,300 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Type: 3 month FTC – potential to go permanent

The Role:

• Internal Verification of Business Admin and Customer Service (up to Level 3) as part of our client’s AEB provision.
• Provide support and carry out observations to ensure an outstanding level of assessment, teaching and learning is achieved.
• Ensure assessment meets awarding body requirements and assessment strategy.
• Implement any development and training activities required to ensure the delivery team are delivering training to a high standard.
• Develop, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
• Drive and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in regular standardisation meetings.
• Assist with external quality assurance and compliance visits.
• Writing of reports and maintenance of records using information systems.

 Essential Criteria: 

• Hold a recognised IQA Award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4) and Assessor Award (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA).
• Must have experience of working as an IQA of Business Admin and Customer Service at Level 3.
• Hold own NVQ level 3 in Customer Service / Business Admin  
• Hold own Maths and English Functional Skills (or equivalent) at Level 2.
• Hold solid, occupational competency within Business Admin / Customer Service.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
