Job Title: Business Administrator (Education) 

Location: Walsall – Centre based

Salary: £21,700 – £24,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Working with learners/employers to complete learner start process; uploading learner data to online systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all contract claims data is submitted accurately and on time.
• Work closely with partner organisations, supporting them with the submissions of evidence for claims and queries in relation to their contracts. 
• Submission of timely and accurate data to the finance team, relating to contracts and projects.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Maintenance of records, contract and project data.

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold own Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT or GCSE equivalents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience of meeting deadlines.
• Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers through a variety of methods
• Strong administration / customer service skills
