Job Title: Coaching and Mentoring Tutor

Location: Home/Classroom based – Travel required across the East Midlands as needed

Salary: up to £29,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or above.
• Have experience of working within a Coaching / Mentoring role (e.g. Career Coach / Employability Tutor / Employment Coach). 
• Ideally have experience of writing and delivering curriculum F2F and blended learning (1-1 and groups).
• Ideally have experience of delivering AEB/Short courses
• Ideally have experience of delivering Mental Health / Autism Awareness training
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners

Duties include:

• Deliver a variety of AEB short courses online, to learners who are employed/unemployed across a variety of vocations (not limited to): Coaching, Autism Awareness, Mental Health Awareness, Assessor qualifications and other Employability related qualifications.
• Creation of schemes of work, ensuring they are motivational, engaging and have the ability to develop learners’ skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
