Job Title: Curriculum Lead – Engineering

Duties:

• Our client is looking to appoint a curriculum lead, who will design, develop and implement innovative learning programmes and resources across their Engineering and Supply Chain division (Engineering Operative; Engineering Technician; Supply Chain Warehouse Operative). 
• Provide training and support to staff in regards to the content and delivery of programmes, to ensure a standardised delivery model for learners/the employer.
• Highlighting areas of improvement to ensure that programmes meet the requirements for our client, ESFA and Ofsted. 
• Maintain and monitor CPD records that will reflect company and industry requirements.
• Provide support to the projects and bid teams. 

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a curriculum development role, with experience of creating engaging and innovative content,. 
• Must possess a sound knowledge of Engineering qualifications and Apprenticeships,  
• Must have experience of coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders.
