Job Title: Deputy Centre Manager – Education
 
Location: Basildon

Salary: up to £30,000 (Depending on experience)

Duties include: 

• To work under the direction of the Centre Manager, to drive centre growth through team management, recruitment and ensuring quality learning is delivered to all learners.
• Ensuring that all funding and quality improvement documentation is compliant with contractual guidelines.
• Completion of accurate MIS reports.
• Provide additional learning support when required, to learners with social and learning difficulties.
• Complete monthly teaching and learning observations; setting any relevant targets and monitoring plans.
• Provide IAG and signpost where necessary (primarily staff and learner welfare). 
• Support with the writing, design and development of programmes / courses and training manuals.
• Cover classes during staff absence.
• Additional administrative duties e.g. data entry; letter writing; filing. 

Essential Criteria: 

• Must hold experience within education.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Must be flexible with travel to other centres in the area as required.
