Job Title: Digital Marketing Assessor / Trainer
 
Location: Remote / Online with occasional face to face
 
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Criteria:

• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Hold solid, occupational competency within Digital Marketing.
• Experience of training or mentoring others
• Confident to support learners with Maths and English
• Must be confident with online delivery and flexible with travel to visit learners should they require a face-to-face session.
• Hold own Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT OR GCSE equivalents.

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships and Bootcamps in Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at Level 3; Marketing Executive Apprenticeship Standards at Level 4 via a blended learning approach (1-1 and group – face-to-face or online sessions). 
• Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely assessments / visits (when allowed), quality paperwork and general administration.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
