Employer Engagement / Learner Recruitment Consultant Permanent

• Actively market, promote and engage with new employers and learners to actively develop new relationships and generate learner starts for ESF Programmes.
• Maintain relationships with employers, stakeholders, referral agencies and LEP’s to ensure they have the best possible learning journey.
• Ensure that sales opportunities are maximised at all times by promoting our client as the training provider of choice.
• Ensure that targets are achieved to maximise income / profit generated from learner starts.
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders to discuss their training and / or recruitment needs and develop delivery models that will meet these needs.
• Ensure candidate suitability and eligibility for the programme through initial IAG, screening and interviews.
• Utilise CRM systems to create and coordinate a pipeline of opportunities that will lead to employer / candidate participation
• Work closely with the SMT to ensure income contributions are in line with contractual requirements.
• Produce monthly plans that consolidate a range of marketing and sales strategies that will lead to greater learner participation.

• Proven experience of engaging with employer’s, and developing new business for the generation of learner starts for ESF Funded Programmes (NEET / SSU / SSW).
• Knowledge of accredited Qualifications and adult education including other funding initiatives (traineeships, apprenticeships, AEB)
• Ability to create long lasting effective partnerships with Employers, generating a continuous pipeline of learner referrals.
• The successful candidate will be organised, process and target driven with the ability to engage with prospective employers at all levels.
• Proven ability to deliver bespoke presentations and pitches to secure new business
• Sound knowledge of the local labour market
