Job Title: Events and Activities Coordinator
Type: Full Time, 12 month FTC
Develop, manage and deliver a high quality extra-curricular enrichment programme, that incorporates a range of activities, societies and events that will encourage students to develop their employability and life skills.
Deliver services to support learner retention, recruitment, satisfaction and achievement.
Present and deliver enrichment focused workshops and events.
Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that effective and targeted enrichment is provided for all students.
Communicate with students to gain their views and opinions on the programmes; utilising this research to ensure greater engagement.
Attend Open Evenings, Applicant Interview Days and enrolment as required.
Experience within a similar events/activities coordinator role.
Qualified to a level 3 standard and happy to progress to a level 4 standard within the relevant field
An understanding of Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding
An understanding of the further education sector and support services within this environment.
Excellent administrative and IT skills.
Must be flexible with travel
