Job Title:  Health & Safety / Construction Tutor 

Location: Remote delivery (with infrequent face to face classroom delivery)

Salary: £30,000 + Bonus Scheme

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) or above/equivalent.
• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award, though this is not essential as our client can upskill. 
• Must have experience in delivering training / teaching, ideally in Health and Safety and / or Construction.
• Must have competency in Health and Safety (in the construction or warehouse sector).
• NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
• Must be comfortable with (and ideally have) experience of online and group-based training delivery.

Duties:

• Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Construction and Health and Safety, remotely, with some face-to-face classroom delivery (once a quarter).
• Embed Maths, English and ICT skills into your delivery. 
• Develop tailored training / workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours
• Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely progression reviews are conducted, and constructive feedback is given.
