Job Title: Hospitality Assessor – Front AND Back of House (Trainee or Qualified)
Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across Gloucester, Bristol and surrounding area.
Salary: £31,600 – £34,300 (salary dependent on qualifications)

Our client is happy to consider non-qualified Assessors, who possess solid experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager cooking from scratch, and also have some Front of House experience at Team Leader level or above.
Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of working within a Management capacity in both Front and Back of House;
FOH Roles (Pub or Restaurant): General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager – or similar
BOH Roles: Catering Manager, Kitchen Manager, Head Chef – or similar Chef role leading the kitchen
