HR Assessor / Tutor – Level 5 Permanent

Job Title: HR Assessor / Tutor – Level 5

Location: Hybrid – Candidates must be flexible to travel to Hertfordshire 
 
Salary: up to £36,200 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Must hold own Level 5 CIPD in Human Resources.
• Hold occupational competency within HR at Management level.
• Comfortable to deliver weekly group-based workshops / training face to face
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Duties include:

• Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards HR Apprenticeships at Level 3 and 5.
• Deliver engaging training sessions / workshops both face to face as a group and online.
• Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with classroom based sessions.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
• Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
