Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA – Hospitality

Location: Remote – Must be flexible with travel if required

Salary: £31,000 – £33,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

To apply, candidates must hold the below qualifications and experience;

• Must hold a recognised IQA award (TAQA Level 4 or equivalent).
• Must hold own Level 5 Management or HR qualification.
• Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships.
• Must possess solid, occupational experience within Hospitality Management, specifically managing Food & Beverage; Housekeeping; Front Office or Conference/Events.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. 
• Must be flexible with travel if needed.

Role duties;

•  Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships up to Level 4, as well as overseeing the quality assurance of Management and HR Apprenticeships up to Level 7.
• Develop and nurture your team, carrying out regular performance reviews and ensuring team targets are met and/or/exceeded.
• Carry out regular observations of activity, sharing best practice and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
• Ensure all internal & external quality assurance requirements are maintained.
• Drive and promote continuous quality improvement
• Conduct regular standardisation meetings.
• To ensure the timely achievement of learners.
• Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
