Job Title: Learner Support Advisor

Essential Criteria:

• Must be IT/computer literate.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Confident to make calls to learners and discuss enrolments and progress of learning.
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain a rapport with clients from a range of backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Preferably a car driver – as there may be some travel to employer sites for enrolments.

Duties Include:

• The successful candidate will be based in Derby, and work closely with new and existing learners, and support them through their online learning journey.
• Make calls to new learners to complete their enrolment forms accurately, before starting their training programme.
• Remain in contact with learners throughout their journey and complete progress reviews over the telephone, checking learners are on track, identifying any additional support and completing final reviews.
• Liaising with Tutors for learners requiring additional support.
• Signposting learners to additional / further learning options
• Potential to be involved with on-site employer enrolments face to face when required
• Completing company documentation ensuring that all documents meet compliance standards.
