Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer / IQA

Location: York – Hybrid role

Salary: up to £40,000 (Depending on experience) + Benefits

Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver high quality training to Tutors, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel under the latest Ofsted requirements.

Essential Criteria:

• Must be Assessor and IQA qualified
• Hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (DET / DTLLS / Cert Ed) or above
• Hold Maths and English Level 2
• Must have experience of content creation for AET Level 3 and CET Level 4 teaching qualifications.
• Curriculum and Quality Assurance experience
• Experience of Coaching and Mentoring internal Tutors/Trainers

Duties:

• Design and develop content and learning materials for AET Level 3 and CET Level 4 teaching.
• Delivery of high quality and engaging training sessions for Tutors working within the setting.
• IQA accredited learning programmes.
• Prepare / maintain documentation for EQA visits and ensure paperwork is compliant with AO requirements.
• Coach and Mentor Tutors throughout their learning journey, enhancing their learning experience.
