Job Title: Mandatory Care / Induction Trainer

Location: Stockport – with some travel to Staffordshire (Hybrid working home/field)
 
Salary: up to £28,000

Essential Criteria:

• Experience of delivering Induction and Mandatory Care Training within Adult Social Care
• Ideally hold a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as; PTLLS/AET or TAQA/CAVA – OR a willingness to work towards.
• We can also consider a Care Manager/Deputy who is looking to progress into a Care Trainer role.
• Excellent IT Skills
• Experience of delivering group and 1:1 based training
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Driver with own vehicle and flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Deliver engaging company induction sessions, and facilitate refresher training to ensure staff knowledge and skills are at the highest standard.
• Deliver Mandatory Care Training and share best practice.
• Maintain training records and monitor compliance via the in-house LMS.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to develop a scope of interactive and engaging learning and development initiatives via a blended learning approach.
• Undertake any necessary administration.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
