Job Title: Performance Manager – WBL/Apprenticeships

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: up to £35,000 (+ Bonus)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone already working at a management level, within the health and social care industry, who holds occupational knowledge and experience from within your care setting of Apprenticeship delivery, to transition to the work based learning sector.

The Role:

Responsible for managing the delivery and processes of Health and Social Care Apprenticeships across a designated geographical area.
Manage and support a team of Assessors who deliver Health and Social Care Apprenticeships to level 5, ensuring a high quality of delivery is maintained and contractual targets and objectives are met in terms of timely success rates, non-starters, referrals and progressions.
Ensure recruitment of staff is timely and in line with our client’s planned business growth within the region.
Carry out regular observations of activity, 1:1’s and reviews to ensure overall monthly team targets are met and/or exceeded.
Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the company’s objectives and vision.
Coach and provide ongoing support to your team.
Essential Criteria:

Solid experience of working at a senior management level within a Health and Social Care setting
Must hold occupational knowledge and experience from within a care setting of Apprenticeship delivery
Experience of managing and motivating a team of staff.
Experience of working towards and achieving targets and KPI’s.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
