Job Title: Project Management Assessor / Trainer

Location: Home/Field based – Candidates must be flexible with travel

Salary: up to £31,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) +  Benefits and expenses

Type: Full Time or Part Time – Permanent

Essentials Criteria:

• Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar Project Management qualification
• Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management – min 3 years proven experience of managing projects.
• Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management AND/OR Management level 5 Apprenticeships
• Ideally hold a Management qualification at Level 5.
• Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management Level 3 and 4 and Leadership & Management Levels 4 and 5.
• Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
• Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
• Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
• Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
