Job Title: Project Management Assessor / Trainer
Location: Midlands – Home/Field based – Candidates must be flexible with travel
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in any of the following: Team Leading / Management up to Level 5.
Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management.
Must be IT Literate and confident with online delivery.
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Associate Project Management Level 4 (APM) via a blended learning approach – as well as Operations Management (L5), Business Administrator, Customer Service and Team Leader.
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills – Maths and English to Level 2.
Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
Manage a caseload of learners and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications, through to end-point assessment.
Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
