Job Title: Quality and Compliance Director (Apprenticeships / Employability)
 
Location: Hybrid

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
 
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties include:

• Lead and develop the quality and compliance team, ensuring consistently high standards and efficiency across a broad range of programmes; Apprenticeships, Employability and Community based.
• Manage and ensure overall quality & Ofsted standards are maintained and improved throughout the company.
• Creation and dissemination of the SAR & QIP for the company.
• To act as Ofsted nominee and maintain Ofsted Grade ‘Good’ with the aspiration to achieve grade ‘Outstanding.
• Ensure focus on exceptional quality by delivering an outstanding learner/client experience.
• Drive and monitor performance across the Apprenticeship and Employability quality teams, MIS & Compliance and Curriculum departments.
• Oversee the management of Awarding Body relationships and Centre Approval Status including the IQA and EQA process.
• Improve delivery models to ensure quality and viability are maintained and meet employer, learner, and business needs.
• Coach, lead and develop the team, managing performance through regular review and 1-1s.

Essential Criteria:

• It is essential to have proven experience of performing a Quality and Compliance Director level role within the Apprenticeship and Employability sector.
• Experience as an Ofsted Nominee and strong understanding of EIF.
• Excellent knowledge of ESFA and ESF funding rules and criteria.
• Extensive quality improvement background
• Must be a qualified IQA
• Experience of using PICS, Analysis of PDSATs and FRM Reports
