Job Title: Teaching Assistant Tutor / Trainer

**PLEASE NOTE: This role is to deliver the Teaching Assistant qualification and other relevant short-courses, to adult learners in a group-based setting face to face – full-time permanent Monday to Friday**

We encourage Teaching Assistants to apply, as our client will put you through the relevant teaching and assessing qualifications.

Location: Lincolnshire – Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on qualifications) 

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Criteria for all candidates:

• Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant or Teacher, with recent experience spanning the last 3-5 years.
• Experience / knowledge of SEND, Autism and Forest Schools is highly desirable.
• Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Duties include:

• Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications and other relevant short-courses, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
