🎂 Cheers to 10 Years! 🎂

Jan 27th marks KM’s 10th Anniversary of recruiting nationally for the Skills and Employability sectors.

We are so proud and extremely thankful for our 10 year milestone birthday, it has been in no way easy with all the amazing competition in the market and has taken sacrifice, tears and laughs along the way! Recruitment is tough, it has extreme highs and lows and is forever evolving and with it so have we.

Since we started our little team have placed OVER 1600 candidates into employment from Tutors / Assessors (Trainee and Qualified), IQA’s, Functional Skills Tutors, Employment Advisors/Coaches, Learner Recruitment, Business Development, Area/Programme Management, Bid Writing, Contract and Account Management through to Director / Senior Appointments (any many more!)

We have always stood by our company motto of Quality over Quantity, and always strive to deliver a service we ourselves would be proud to receive.

Kelly and I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of our clients and candidates for supporting our business, and would especially like to thank our wonderful team past and present for all their hard work and determination. Although we can’t be together to celebrate, we will definitely make up for it soon!!
